Going vegan and trying to convince your kids it’s not all Brussels sprouts and bean curd? Trying to include a Meatless Monday here and there? Whatever your reason for wanting to increase healthy plant based options, this list has everything you need to get the creative juices going. Find kid approved vegan meals for the whole day. I’ve broken down easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus delicious snack and dessert ideas to really sweeten the deal.

Breakfast

Start the day with something easy and so delicious, your kid won’t realize it’s actually healthy. This section has a collection of healthy and filling breakfast options, including quick no-bake or make ahead options you can prep the night before, along with some nourishing breakfasts you and the kids can make together on a lazy weekend morning.
